Payment:

• We accept Pay Pal, most major credit cards, certified money orders, and postal money orders.
• Personal checks are not accepted. 
• Our Service Provider for payments is Paypal.  Paypal is a widely used and trusted payment gateway on the internet.  It is like using any other credit card processor.  You may also use a paypal account if you choose to not share your financial information with merchants.

Shipping Information:

Items generally ship within a few days.

• Free shipping on orders $65.00 and over for US customers in the contiguous 48 states.
•  
• Standard ship rate of $8.95 under 65.00 for US customers in the contiguous 48 states.
• NOTE: SHIPPING RATES AND FREE SHIP ITEMS SHIP WITH GROUND SHIP (BASIC SHIPPING WHICH IS USUALLY 3 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS.  DUE TO HIGH COSTS OF SHIPPING RATES, THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO GO.  IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM SOONER, THEN LET US KNOW AND WE CAN QUOTE YOU A RATE FOR PRIORITY/EXPRESS SHIPPING, HOWEVER EXPRESS SHIPPINGS ARE USUALLY DOUBLE OR TRIPLE GROUND SHIPPING RATES DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.  EX: A THOW BLANKET SHIP RATE MAY BE 30.00 OR OVER FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING.  WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU USE THE GROUND SHIP RATES WE OFFER. 

• All International customers: Please request a shipping quote prior to checkout. Note: we reserve the right to send you an invoice with ship costs if checkout is done without shipping estimate. Items will not ship until ship costs are paid.
• Customs fees, taxes, and handling charges are customer's responsibility.

• Canada, Alaska, Hawaii: Pillows, Throws up to 5 lbs 25.00
• All other International Destinations: Pillows and Throws up to 5 lbs 40.00
• Canada Alaksa, Hawaii: Belgian and French Tapestries: Free Ship
• All other International Destinations" Belgian and French Tapestries have discounted rates of 15.00 - 30.00 for smaller to medium size tapestries. Extra large tapestries may have higher ship cost.
• Canada, Alaska, Hawaii: Great Value Sets with Rod and Tassels 40.00
• All other International Destinations: Great Value Sets with Rod and Tassels 65.00

•  Sales Tax:  Pennsylvania Residents 6% Sales Tax .  All other states...NO TAX
• Great Value Sets:  Have 2 options, one with rod and one with rod and tassels.  When choosing just  "rod only option", and tassels are chosen also - without choosing the "rod and tassel option price", we will not ship the tassels even though tassels may show in cart and on invoice. The price of the rod and tassels set must be the price in the cart.       

• 1.  Email us first prior to buying your item.
• 2.  Give us the URL of the item (or website) you found a lower price on.
• 3.  Wait for us to respond with the price.  That's it!

• Offer not available for under 65.00 items. 
• Offer excludes International shipping rates and rates outside US Continental 48 States.
• Offer excludes counterfeit, re-manufactured, auction and used items.  Item must be the exact quality and from same manufacturer.
• EASIEST THING TO DO: JUST CONTACT US AND ASK. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO OFFER YOU THE LOWEST PRICE POSSIBLE!
• Free Shipping (for USA Customers) is calculated into the total purchase cost when comparing with another merchant who charges shipping.      

• Item must be returned within 14 days in new condition. 
• We will give you instructions and return address.  Please try to return item in original packaging if possible.  Refund, less our original shipping and handling costs will be refunded.  This is NOT a RESTOCK FEE
• Customer's Free Ship items will have our actual ships costs subtracted from refund.  (usually around $9 to $15 depending upon the item for pillows, throws, and wall hangings (note: sets with rods have a higher ship cost of around 14.00 to 25.00 per set).  These are the amounts we pay for your shipping without charging our customers or adding to the price. Please understand that we cannot recover the costs of shipping from ship companies.  
• The standard $8.95 ship cost  for under $65 orders is not refundable.   Return ship cost is customer's responsibility. We highly recommend you use a ground ship method as we do not mind waiting a bit for the return.  Ground ship rates are over 1/2 the cost of priority and express ship rates.  Fed Ex seems to have the lowest rates.  US Parcel Post may be even cheaper depending on where you live.
