Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: We will send you an email update with your shipping and tracking number information. Or go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders, (however it may or may not have tracking and shipping carrier information as our email update definitely will), click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: Free Shipping $65.00 and over on one or more items. Orders under $65.00 have a standard $8.95 ship rate. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and all International Customers must request a ship quote first.

Q: How long until I receive my item?

A: Most items ship within the week purchased. If item is backordered (this is rare), we'll let you know promptly.
