Terms and Returns

PAYMENT:

We accept major credit cards, certified money orders, and postal money orders.

If paying by Money Order please use a certified money order.

Personal checks are accepted. 

Our payment service provider is secure and encrypted.  Touch of Tapestry does everything possible to ensure your payment is secure by using 256 bit SSL (Secured Socket Layer).

AVS (Address Verification) is used on all credit card orders for added protection.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: 

Items generally ship out within 3 to 5 business days.  

Free shipping on all orders for US customers. NOTE: FREE SHIP ITEMS SHIP WITH GROUND SHIP (BASIC SHIPPING WHICH IS USUALLY 3 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS.) IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM SOONER, THEN LET US KNOW AND WE CAN QUOTE YOU A RATE FOR PRIORITY/EXPRESS SHIPPING.  EXPRESS SHIPPINGS ARE USUALLY DOUBLE OR TRIPLE GROUND SHIP RATES DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.   We are happy to oblige by your wishes if it is possible.  

Tapestry Rods and Tassels must be purchased at the time of the tapestry purchase in order to receive the discount price and free shipping.

We use Fed Ex UPS and USPS for our shipping carriers.   Please use the tracking numbers we provide when you receive an email with shipping information.  This way you can track the package and prepare for its arrival. 

 PO Boxes due to too may lost packages.  Please provide a physical address.

Additional Information:

Sales Tax:  Pennsylvania Residents 6% Sales Tax.  All other states...NO TAX

Discounted Priced Rods and Tassels: are sold only with purchase of wall tapestries.  If checkout is processed, rods and/or tassels will only be billed and delivered if wall tapestry is purchased.  Otherwise the transaction will be null and void.

WALL HANGINGS AND PILLOWS 

For all wall hangings and pillows please note that sizes are extimates.  Each item is woven one by one and there can be a variation in size from what is noted on the item listing.  There can be a 5% difference in size whether larger or slightly smaller.      

RETURN POLICY: 

We feel confident that you will be pleased with our items. However if you need to return the item(s) for a refund just let us know. We have a NO HASSEL return Policy. Also, if there is anything we can do to exchange an item for another, we're always happy to help you find that perfect tapestry, plus we offer free consultations and recommendations....just give us a call or send an email.   

Please contact us first for a RMA number.

Items must be returned within 30 days. NO RESTOCK FEE  (with the exception of 3 or more tapestries returned) -  see below. 

Items must be in new condition. Items that are soiled, torn, or damaged which was not reported within 72 hours of receiving, will not be accepted for return.  

We will give you instructions and return address. Return item in original packaging if possible (as finding your own packaging can be costly). Just rip off the old label and re-use the box.

Items returned without RMA numbers cannot be returned.

Free Ship items will have our outgoing shipping cost subtracted from the refund.

The outgoing shipping amount depends upon the item and location, shipping method and carrier.  When we email instructions with the return address and RMA number, we'll also give you the amount that will be deducted from the total price of the purchase(s). Return ship cost is customer's responsibility. 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for credit to show on credit card. (@ One billing cycle).

LARGER ORDER OF TAPESTRIES AND ORDERS OF OTHER ITEMS:  

3 or more Wall Tapestries returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  (This includes tapestries ordered  and returned together or separately.)

Interior Designers, Retail Outlets, etc, Please contact us first for large quantity  orders.

OTHER ITEMS: Pillows, Throws, Bell Pulls, Table Runners

No restocking fee for up to 4 items.  (Bell Pull Sets of  2 are condsidered 2 items) 5 or more items returned will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

REGARDING DAMAGE:  All our items are brand new right from the warehouse.  If for some unforeseen reason there would be damage upon arrival...please contact us within 72 hours so we can rectify the situation.  We value and take good care of our customers, and provide an honest service.
