Touch of Tapestry offers Free USA Shipping for all products

FAQS:

1. Is it really Free Shipping?

All our products offer true free shipping where as we pay the carriers for your shipping even though we DO NOT add the costs on to the products. This is why we do have to deduct the cost of our shipping if you return an item.

2.  What type shipping do you use?

We us ground shipping unless you contact us for expedited shipping.  Generally we use FEDEX, and at times UPS and USPS.  There is an extra cost for expedited shipping.

3. Is there tax on the products?

NO TAX - (except for PA residents)  

4. Do you ship overseas or to Canada?

YES!  International Customers please contact us for a ship quote.  You will receive an invoice from our store via Email in which you can use a credit card or a Paypal account to make your purchase.

5.  Will I get a ship notice with tracking numbers?

Yes, all our customer's orders, whether domestic or international, are provided tracking numbers or a custom's number.  You will receive an email once your order ships.  

6.  What type of Payments do you accept?

MC VISA AMEX DISCOVER  and Paypal.

7. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO or APO Boxes due to too many lost packages and tracking numbers cannot be used.  Please provide a physical address.  Thank You.

8.  When do orders Ship?

Shipping:  Most items ship within 3-5 Business days, however it item is on backorder, please allow 2 -3 weeks.  You will receive a shipping notice with tracking numbers through Email.
