This top quality Maximilian hunting tapestry is a Belgian woven tapestry. It represents the month of March. It is part of a series of 12 tapestries woven for Emperor Maximilian II. The original is displayed at the Louvre in Paris. The scene dislays Brussels and the Zonien Forest. Also displayed is the church of Saint Goedele which is now Saint Michael's Cathedral.
